Get Started
Simple, flexible fundraising your whole community can support. It’s easy to get started.
Get Approved & Schedule
Receive approval email within a week, then schedule your collection date with Big Blue Truck staff (minimum 30 days advance notice)
Plan & Promote
Plan, promote, and host your fundraiser. Provide Big Blue Truck with a count of bags/boxes for pickup or dropoff.
Receive Payment
Payment (by the pound) will be disbursed within the normal billing cycle month.
Big Blue Truck provides pickup or dropoff options. Nonprofit partners just need to provide an accurate count of bags/boxes and we will scale/weigh for payment.

What Can Be Donated
Accepted Items
Reusable/re-salable clothing in good condition, (including shoes, hats and purses) and cloth (bed, bath and kitchen linens)
Items Refused
Items that are damaged, wet, or not suitable for sale may be refused
Additional Items
Small household items and books can be collected, but do not generate fundraising dollars

Is there any cost to participate?
No, there is zero cost to host a drive.
When will we receive payment?
Payment is disbursed within the normal billing cycle month.
How is payment determined?
Based on the weight of approved donations.
What items count toward payment?
Reusable/re-salable clothing in good condition including shoes, hats and purses and cloth such as bed, bath and kitchen linens.
Do we need a minimum amount of clothing?
No minimum requirement. Every pound collected creates impact.
Can we run this drive more than once a year?
Yes, many partners host seasonal drives or multiple drives during the year.
How long can a drive last?
Single day or up to 30 days.
