Get Approved & Schedule
Receive approval with a week. Schedule collection date (min. 30 days notice)
Promote & Host
Plan, promote and host your clothing drive. Provide Big Blue truck with a count of bags/boxes for pickup or dropoff.
Receive Payment
Payment (by the pound) will be dispersed within 30 days.
Big Blue Truck provides pickup or dropoff options. Nonprofit partners just need to provide an accurate count of bags/boxes and we will scale/weigh for payment.

Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in the Puget Sound (Greater Seattle) and Spokane markets, including:

This fundraiser supports your organization directly. Funds also help power Northwest Center programs that remove barriers and create opportunities for children and adults with disabilities.

Accepted items include reusable, resalable clothing in good condition, such as:
Clothing and shoes
Hats and purses
Bed, bath, and kitchen linens
Items that are damaged, wet, or otherwise not suitable for resale may be refused.

Yes. Small household items and books may be collected, but they do not generate fundraising dollars.

No, there is zero cost to host a drive.

Drives can run anywhere from a single day to 30 days, and there's no minimum requirement; every pound collected creates impact.

You'll receive payment within the normal billing cycle, calculated by the weight of approved donations collected.

Donation bins may be available to make collection easier. Availability depends on location and scheduling.

Participating organizations manage their own promotion. You can download the customizable poster to help spread the word.
