Download & Submit
Download and submit our new vendor form from the NWC website with your organization's W9 and valid 501(c)(3) documentation
Get Approved & Schedule
Receive approval email within a week, then schedule your collection date with NWC staff (minimum 30 days advance notice)
Plan & Promote
Plan, promote, and host your fundraiser. Provide NWC with accurate count of bags/boxes for pickup
Receive Payment
Payment disbursed within the normal billing cycle month.
Big Blue Truck provides pickup only. Nonprofit partners are required to provide an accurate count of clothing bags and boxes.

Organizations manage promotion and track bag/box counts

Accepted Items
Reusable/re-salable clothing in good condition
Items Refused
Items that are damaged, wet, or not suitable for sale may be refused
Additional Items
Small household items and books can be collected, but do not generate fundraising dollars

Is there any cost to participate?
No, there is zero cost to host a drive.
How is payment determined?
Based on the weight of approved clothing donations.
When will we receive payment?
Payment is disbursed within the normal billing cycle month.
How long can a drive last?

Do we need a minimum amount of clothing?
No minimum requirement. Every pound collected creates impact.
What items count toward payment?
Reusable clothing only.
What happens to the clothing after we donate it?
