If you already have a My Donor Profile account: Login Now, schedule the pickup date and ROUTE #(ie: 98101a) on the card in the donation detail section.

If today is the DAY OF the pickup date noted in red on the front of your Yellow Card mailer, please continue filling out this form below.

Note: Yellow Card pickups may be confirmed in your My Donor Profile account up until 8:00pm the night before.
